With so many still waiting for the power to come back (not to mention dealing with damage to homes, cars, or worse), I’m feeling pretty grateful to be looking forward to an ordinary week of ordinary dinners.
Coming up on the blog this week: the perfect pairing of roasted vegetables and a whole grain and a kitchen tip I can’t live without. (Yes, really. It’s awesome.)

- Eggplant and feta salad
- P’titim with a touch of butter + salt

Tuesday
