Menu Plan: Week of Dec. 23, 2012

Nothing like starting off the week with a fast day, huh? As you’ve probably heard me say before, my favorite way to break a fast is with soup and bread, and that’s what you’ll find on the menu for Sunday night. (If gypsy soup doesn’t do it for you, browse the 17 other soups in my recipe index.)
Have an easy fast, and come back later in the week for a creamy, savory salad dressing — and if I can swing it, the cutest cupcakes ever.
Sunday (for the break-fast)

- Omelets with sauteed veggies and cheese
- Patatas bravas

- Simple pasta salad
- Basic lettuce salad with italian dressing
