Dare I say it? No. I really shouldn’t…I really, really should not mention the fact that Pesach is now four weeks away.
If it’s still Purim where you are (or if you’re in Yerushalayim, and Purim isn’t until tomorrow), forget I said anything. But if Purim has ended in your city, as it has in mine, I bet some part of you is in Pesach mode. Or are you one of those people who starts cleaning after Chanukah? (I’m actually not convinced that those people exist. I think it’s just a myth designed to freak out the rest of us.)
As we say farewell to Purim and hello to the Pesach season, I’ll be sharing what is possibly my very favorite kitchen tip, followed by a new soup recipe that will put that knowledge to use. Curious? Come back soon.
- Purim seuda!
- Butternut squash & fennel soup
- Toasted pitas
- Double bean burger melts
- Lettuce salad with an EVOO/lemon juice drizzle
