Pesach 2013: The Menu

You’ll notice as you browse my menu that it’s kinda heavy on the dairy. Things here are much more balanced during the year, but for a non-kitniyot-eating vegetarian, it’s basically dairy or die. Basically!

One thing I learned last year was the importance of meal planning for the in-between days: when it isn’t Pesach yet, but the kitchen has already been kashered. This year, that amounts to five days including a Shabbos, and if I didn’t plan for them, we’d be pretty hungry.

Whether you’re having a dairy meal or two over the course of yom tov, want some dairy options for Chol Hamoed, or are just reading this for the entertainment value…enjoy!
