Having a food blog can be super useful. After all, when it comes time to make my yom tov menus, where do you think I go first for ideas?
So I mean it when I say that I’m totally using this roundup of 52 More Quiche, Please recipes that are either already KLP (kosher l’Pesach) or can be easily adapted to meet the requirements. The other requirement, of course, is deliciousness. And naturally, everything on this list passes muster.
Have you entered the matzah plate giveaway yet? You have until 12 a.m. IST on Friday (that’s 6 p.m. EST on Thursday), so get your entries in while you can! And then don’t go too far away — I’ll be posting my complete Pesach menu plan on Sunday.
