I know. I feel terrible. For something like half of you, it’s past dinnertime already. You must be starving out there without this menu plan, huh? Luckily for me, for the other half of you, it’s only lunchtime and I can pretend I’m not late.
I hung up a little while ago with a friend in the States who mentioned that she was in the middle of raking leaves. Raking…leaves? Right, right, leaves! I know what those are! It’s funny how you can completely forget about these things when you live in a place that just doesn’t have them. If you’re raking today, too, I suggest a mug of this afterward.
On the blog this week: my tested, tweaked, tested, and tweaked sesame noodles and a review of another dish from Starters & Sides Made Easy.
- Carrot rice soup
- Extra rice on the side (hey, if it works, it works!)
- Lentil vegetable medley
- Omelets topped with cottage cheese
- Israeli salad
