From now until Pesach, my menu plans are going to be full of dishes that (1) primarily use ingredients we already have, (2) are pretty simple, and (3) do not include cupcakes or ganache because I’ve really, really had more than enough ganache. We haven’t made a cleaning schedule yet (i.e. we haven’t chosen an official date to kasher the kitchen), so I’m only thinking about that part of the next few weeks in vague terms. That might explain why I don’t have any answers. When exactly am I going to clean? During what part of the day do I normally have tons of free time? Umm. Coming up short here.
But that doesn’t mean I won’t keep putting up Pesach recipes. This week, I have a review of an easy Pesach dessert and then it’s cookbook review and giveaway time! Come back soon!
