{83 recipes!} Pesach roundup 2014

By | April 3, 2014

Congratulations to Rivkah (entry #47), the winner of the giveaway for Passover: A Kosher Collection! Thanks to everyone who entered.

I so clearly remember working on the Pesach roundup for 2013. I did it almost entirely with one hand, because the other one was always full of baby. It took forever to finish it (all those links!), but I was so impressed with myself for doing it at all that I didn’t really mind. And all of a sudden, it’s time to talk about making Pesach 2014. My son’s 15 months now, and instead of writing one-handed blog posts, I’ve progressed to blogging with both hands when he’s asleep for the night.

So it’s with two hands that I present you with these 83 Pesach recipes. They’re either already kosher l’pesach, or they can be made that way with simple substitutions, all noted below. If this helps fill in the blanks on your menu plan, yay and yay. And now I have to make my menu. Be back with that soon.

Disclaimer: You know your family’s minhagim better than I do. Please check any recipe you’d like to use to make sure it’s in line with the way you cook for Pesach. In case of doubt, always check with your rav.

My latest addition to the Passover Seder Dinner? Pavlova – http://alturl.com/zfip6

I’ve made meringue before but Pavlova is so much fancier and special
